Care at Home
When you or your loved one is unable to live independently at home without assistance, we may be able to offer a realistic cost effective alternative to Nursing Home Care and can do this at short notice. SNMS provide nurses or carers for a minimum of 4 hour sessions allowing more focus, flexibility and choice in care provision.
We offer an advisory/assessment to discuss and help with your requirements. Our combined services of qualified nurses and carers mean a flexible service that can be adapted as the clients needs, wishes or conditions alter. We are located in Glasgow, 30 George Square.
The aim of providing care at home is to provide assistance in maintaining an independent lifestyle for older or disabled people, those who have long-term or terminal illness or who have learning difficulties or mental illness
We provide specialist training for our staff to meet an individuals unique requirements.
Our knowledgeable staff can assist with applying for self directed support where relevant.
Please note : We charge a fee of £95 for an At Home Assessment which is refundable on your 1st Care at Home Package Invoice.
