We provide continuous medical support for custodies with timely needs for medical support, chronic conditions, injuries, and time-sensitive medications as required to receive the support in the custody suites.
Collaboration for Better Care
Our team works closely with custody staff to ensure a cohesive approach to inmate welfare. This collaboration ensures that healthcare needs are met promptly and effectively when required.
Dedicated Hours, On Call and Callouts
- We cover across Scotland Monday to Friday, (except on holiday weekends open on Saturdays)
- Core hours are 8am-6pm.
- Out of hours callouts out with these times are paid at an enhanced rate.
- We provide on call support and dedicated hours.
