When completing our online application process please see the information we require below to assist you Completion of all 4 forms to apply

  • Candidates must either be a Registered Nurse with a Valid NMC Pin and relevant experience or a qualified/non-qualified HCA with a minimum 6 months UK experience
  • Included in the application we require 3 forms of ID, these are: Valid Passport, Driving Licence or Birth Certificate along with a Proof of Address (Bank Statement or Utility Bill dated within 3 months)
  • Details of 2 referees from your 2 most recent employers
  • Copy of your qualification within the Nursing or Health & Care sector
  • All candidates will be interviewed to which we then obtain a PVG and references
  • You must be fully inducted and cleared to work before any shifts will be allocated
  • SNMS unfortunately do not currently offer any sponsorships
